Uses
What tours get booked for
- Flats and houses
- Clicking through, people quickly see how the rooms connect and where the light comes from. In a building with several flats each gets its own tour, shot on the same day.
- Holiday flats and hotels
- Marker labels can be translated; at the Edlgütl they come in five languages.
- Studios, practices, workshops
- On request we hang an info window with text, a photo and a link on a point in the image, for example right on a machine.
Process
From the first call to the finished link
There are six steps between your enquiry and the finished tour, and only the third one happens on site.

01 · free · about 15 minutes
Enquiry and advice
Over the phone or by e-mail we work out how big the place is and whether outdoor shots or the drone are needed. Then we find a date.

02 · checklist by e-mail
Preparation
Before the day we send a short checklist. It comes down to tidying up, open doors, curtains back and lights on.

03 · inside and out
Capture on site
The camera sits on a tripod and moves from room to room; outside, the drone goes up if needed. A 150 m² flat takes about two hours.

04 · preview after 1–2 working days
Post-production
The photos become spherical views and we place the markers. Each view is cut into tiles so it loads quickly on mobile data too. On the preview link you get one round of changes.

05 · website or listing
Embedding
The tour lives on our server at app.toob360.com. Your page or listing only needs one line of code from it, and no plugin.

06 · appearance · views
Portal access
With the portal login you set colours and logo yourself and see how often the tour has been opened.

What you set yourself in the portal
Every tour comes with a login to app.toob360.com. The screenshot shows the settings on a phone. Whatever you change there costs nothing extra, even months after handover.

Pricing
A worked example
A 150 m² flat on one floor, standard detail, online for one year: €350 net, of which €185 is hosting. Travel comes on top. The calculator on the pricing page works it out with your own figures.
